It was in
February of 1993. Tony was
enjoying some local success playing at pubs and coffee-houses, and he
joined the Cowpasture
Collective,
which ran the Canal
Street Coffee
House and published the Merrimack
Valley Progressive.
Long-time friend and member of the
Cowpasture, Jeannine Schiavoni, wrote for the Progressive,
and arranged an interview with Tony. The outcome was this lovely article by Jeannine, and
some photographs she took, one of which Tony used to make his Good-Time Music
logo:
